Pedro on Alert. If you cannot read the warning sign, it says, "Entry Prohibited - Helicopter Cocked". When a bird was on alert status, many of the controls were pre-positioned for for engine start. It was nothing for a Pedro to be manned and airborne in less than 60 seconds.
