Sinking Thai Ship

"Thai Freighter - sinking about 100 miles off east coast of S. Viet Nam. Two Pedro's went out and delivered two gas pumps. Nearly as bad as the river pickups. Wires strung between those two tall poles, plus 12 - 14 foot waves would make anyone's day. Small black spot below Pedro is the pump. Got to within 20 feet of the deck, had a rope tied to the pump. Ship made it to Saigon."
